Q:  How soon can I get help?

A:  Your first call to us can set the wheels in motion.  At that time, we will schedule a FREE in home consultation and care assessment to learn about you and/or your loved one and make a plan to help.  We can begin service in 2-3 days, sometimes that very day when a placement is needed immediately.

Q:  How about my pet?

A:  We know how important they are to you and have caregivers who love pets, too!  Your caregiver can assist by simply letting them out, walking, feeding, even transportation to the vet.  Just let us know your needs and we’ll include it in your Service Plan.

Q:  Do you offer transportation?

A:  Yes, transportation can be included in your Service Plan.  This is one of the reasons we check DMV records on our caregivers.  Many clients find this service very valuable as it may it be the only opportunity they have to run errands, get to appointments and other activities.  For our clients unable to travel comfortably, our caregivers can also do the shopping and errands for you.

Q:  What services do you offer?

A:   We assist seniors, individuals who are disabled, recovering from illness or surgery, chronically ill or frail to maintain their independence at HOME.  This may mean a handful of hours a week, several hours a day or 24/7 live-in care.  Services range from providing companionship and assistance with activities of daily living to more complex personal care; assisting with mobility and ambulation, incontinence and cognitive impairment.  We know that studies and surveys show home care promotes healing and is the most effective form of healthcare.

Q:  Is there a contract?

A:  No.  We understand some needs are temporary and others are long term, therefore you are not committed to any timeframe.

Q:  Is agency insured and bonded?

A: Yes, we are fully licensed, insured and bonded.  We carry liability insurance and our caregivers are bonded and covered by workers’ compensation.  To help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we have gone above and beyond state requirements in screening our caregivers; FBI Criminal Background clearance, drug testing, DMV records, reference checks and a “Caregiver Quality Assurance” assessment – this also aids in a good fit placement for caregiver and client.
